The finished basement adds an additional space for you to enjoy. Start with a driveway for off street parking that’s fully gated & use of the 1 car garage. The yard is fenced and perfect for pets. Then, through the front door you'll find a colorful, ample sized living room w/ sectional sofa, side chair, 3 lamps, coffee table & accent wall. There is a 55 inch smart tv, you can use our Sling account free OR stream your favorites. Meals are comfortable in the formal dining area w/ 4 chairs, or maybe youd prefer to eat in the kitchen w/ bar stools. There is a Keurig coffee bar, SS appliances & farm sink. Plates, silverware, cooking supplies etc - all provided. A Brita pitcher is in the fridge and there is a tea kettle. Head upstairs for all new carpeted bedrooms (we regularly have the carpets professionally cleaned) updated full bath w/ ample toiletries, plush towels, & spacious tub/shower combo. There are 3 private bedrooms all with new memory foam beds, crisp sheets & cozy bedding. Plenty of storage is available in the closets or built ins. BR #1 has a king bed, #2 has a full bed & #3 has a twin. We provide hangers & luggage racks also! Be our guest- there is a stocked linen closet w/ blow dryer, extra TP, first aid kit & more. Lastly, you wont want to miss the finished basement w/ a fold out couch & TV. The basement houses the work station. Speedy WiFi is always free. A new full sized washer dryer are available for use in the basement. This home has forced air heat (regularly serviced by a professional hvac company) and window ac units - 2 downstairs and 1 per bedroom. We install the ac units in May and remove them in October. The yard is fenced in and we are pet friendly. The neighborhood has sidewalks as well. Conveniently located to many shops & restaurants, University of Toledo, UTMC, I-475, I-75, surrounding suburbs, 10 minutes from the Michigan line. This home is in a transitional residential neighborhood near in Toledo, it isnt super walkable but is very close to downtown and all Toledo has to offer. The Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre and more attractions are around a short 10 minute drive. Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early. Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge. ***Important: By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed. By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages. Please keep in mind that staying at an Airbnb is different than a hotel. We try to keep the price as comparable to a hotel as possible while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews.
